WORK PACKAGE 6

This WP aims at monitoring and steering the project to produce the planned results with the required quality and
on schedule. Management procedures are defined and implemented, interactions between the different bodies are
stimulated and coordinated, and communication with the EC and reports are delivered in time.

 

It consists of the following specific objectives:

• to coordinate and supervise the project research activities to be carried out according to the work plan, also to monitor and ensure quality and timing of project deliverables;

• to carry out the overall administrative and financial management and reporting of the project;

• to manage contacts with the EU Commission and establish effective internal and external communication;

• to resolve possible conflicts.

Description of work:
The main work is related to the coordination and monitoring of the activities, the administrative and financial
management, the coordination of the reporting and deliverables production and the resolution of possible conflicts.
In addition, contacts with EC and compliance with procedures described in the signed Grant Agreement and
Consortium Agreement will be continually ensured through participation in EC project reviews as well as regular
internal review of periodic reports.

 

UNIBO will coordinate the Nymphe project towards their respective funding institution and lead this WP. The WP leaders will support the coordination and project management, e.g., organise and host meetings. The Innovation Management Team and the IPR Advisor as well as the members of the communication and dissemination will be nominated among the staff member of institutions.
