Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation

Objectives:

​The aim is to ensure high visibility of Nymphe by tailored communication, dissemination, and exploitation of the
project’s activities. The dissemination strategy focuses on stakeholder groups, that will be targeted with specific
methods of communication and dissemination, appropriate to ensure the maximum impact and benefits. To this
end a detailed communication dissemination and exploitation plan will be elaborated.

Specific objectives:

• to design a strategy allowing (i) optimal visibility and communication of the project objectives and activities, and (ii) effective dissemination of information and knowledge generated by the project to relevant stakeholders, and to produce the communication tools for its implementation;

• to involve stakeholders in the evaluation of Nymphe technologies and improvement of communication and exploitation strategies;

• to undertake extensive dissemination activities according to the communication and dissemination strategy for a wide range of targeted stakeholder groups; 

• to ensure that the generated knowledge and IPRs are properly protected and an exploitation plan of the Nymphe results is developed for commercialization based on relevant agreements among the consortium partners.

Description of work:

This work package focuses on ensuring high visibility and strong impact for Nymphe through strategic communication, dissemination, and exploitation. It develops a coherent approach for presenting the project’s goals, activities, and results, using tailored tools and channels to reach key stakeholder groups.

Stakeholder engagement supports the evaluation of Nymphe technologies and helps refine communication and exploitation pathways. The work also covers wide dissemination efforts and establishes principles for managing, protecting, and using project results. An exploitation framework guides partners in preparing Nymphe outcomes for potential future commercialization and long-term uptake.
